Meet Detec Pulse: alarms and video in one overview

When multiple cameras and locations need attention, operators need context. Detec Pulse brings alarms from connected Detec Next servers into a shared workspace for assessing and following up events.

From alarm to overview

Pulse connects alarms to the relevant server and camera. Operators can filter events and distinguish active alarms from ended alarms. Available snapshots and live video support assessment of what is happening.

A clear control-room workflow

The control-room view lets operators follow the event queue, open an alarm’s camera and record acknowledgements, outcomes and notes. Stored acknowledgements make follow-up visible across consoles and later sessions.

Event images in context

When image retrieval is configured and succeeds, Pulse can attach a snapshot to an alarm. An event image is different from a current live view: images help operators assess the situation, while recordings are used to establish the course of events.

Working with Detec Next 2.5

Next 2.5 enhances the Relay connection with additional alarm information, priority and optional snapshots. Sharing and forwarding must be configured. Pulse is set up separately, with integration adapted to the installation, connected systems and licensing.
